Hypnotherapy with Dr. Gisella Zukausky, DCH
What I Do is
Different
I have a technique that I teach all my clients to be able to rid themselves of any bad feelings or emotions no matter how traumatic it is.
Most of the time it is completed in a minute or less. The most traumatic incidents take upwards of 30 minutes to be rid of the feelings or emotions. It is truly amazing how fast it works.

What I Teach is
Different
We do things differently by teaching you how to apply regression therapy with kinesiology AND ideo-motor signals to find only the incidents that have caused the problem. We teach techniques to eliminate the feelings and emotions that were never resolved from their incidents, without your client having to reveal their incidents out loud in Course 102.
I was 70 years old when I first came to you to stop smoking. In three sessions I no longer had any thought or desire to smoke. I have not had any need to since then. Nor have I gained any weight. I recommended you to a friend of mine and she too has not smoked in all these years.
Two years after I first came to you to stop smoking I came to you for alcoholism. My drinking had become a problem in my life and for my family. It took only a few sessions with you for me to have no need or desire to drink. I haven't felt like drinking in all these years. I hope this letter will help others that have the problems I had. I feel so much better now and in control of my life.
Thank you for your help.
I noticed today on my 3rd session I was very much anticipating being hypnotized. I feel wonderful after the session ends.
If you ever have anyone who has any questions about the hypnosis or how well it works, I would be very happy to share my experience.

How Long it Takes
Stop Smoking
I do it very differently than other hypnotists. They only give you suggestions to quit.
What I do is direct the subconscious mind to the events that have caused a problem, and then to resolve the feelings and emotions in the best way. When everything that has caused the problem is finally gone, the thought never enters the mind to want to do it again. The results this way are permanent and also you don't substitute the habit with over eating, so my clients never gain weight either

What Is Clinical and Medical Hypnosis?
By Dr. Gisella Zukausky, DCH, BS., C.Ht, CtH.A.
A Client that comes in for therapy often wonders what hypnosis will feel like. They are always surprised the first time that it feels no different than sitting with their eyes closed. Unless a test is done on them to prove that they are in a state of sub-consciousness (hypnosis), they would go home thinking nothing happened.
Anyone who has ever been hypnotized will tell you that you are fully aware, awake, and in control of yourself. It is all self-hypnosis. The individual listens to what the hypnotist says in order to relax them and then allows the relaxation to take place physically and mentally.
No one can be hypnotized or kept in a state of hypnosis unless they want to be. If they choose to bring themselves out of hypnosis all they have to do is open their eyes. It is somewhat like reading instructions to someone and they are following those instructions. Therefore, the client is actually hypnotizing (mentally relaxing) himself or herself.
Whenever we are in meditation or in a daydream state and are making no conscious effort to think of anything and our mind is just wandering around, that is hypnosis. The brain waves are at the same level as when we are meditating or daydreaming.
A very important point is that all of our emotions and feelings are stored in our subconscious mind, which is 100% of our mind. Our conscious mind is where we think and reason. We are using only 2% to 7% of our conscious mind.
We are then in our subconscious mind, not the conscious thinking part of our mind. We still have thoughts, but they are random thoughts, not something that we were deliberately making ourselves think about. That is when we have our most creative thoughts. When we are not thinking, we are in our subconscious mind, which is like a computer. That is where all of our experiences and what we have learned, are stored.
We seldom know consciously what all of the incidents in our past are, that are responsible for a problem. We may have some idea but not entirely.
We are mostly controlled by our emotions and feelings rather than our conscious thinking part of our mind. Whenever our reasoning thinking part of our conscious mind and the feeling part of our subconscious mind come in conflict over something our feelings almost always wins out. That is why we do not always do what is in our best interest, because we react to our feelings and emotions instead.
For example: Someone who smokes reasons and determines that smoking is bad for them and they want to stop very much. They usually will eventually go back to smoking even if they were successful for a while in stopping, because their feelings that causes the problem will overcome their reasoning.
Even if they are successful in permanently stopping their smoking the need to pacify their emotions will still be there and when there is enough stress, they will start a different habit such as overeating and start gaining weight.
If a client is hypnotized, they are in a highly suggestible state of mind. However, they have a free will and will not do anything that is against their principles and beliefs. Only suggestions that they feel are acceptable and in their best interest will be accepted by them. That is why just doing therapy with hypnosis were the client is given only Post-Hypnotic Suggestions to hopefully cause a change and to improve, are only about 15% successful. If the client finds a negative suggestion unacceptable or is turned off to the suggestion, they will reject it. They will also reject a suggestion to change if they are not totally willing to change. Sometimes it conflicts with our conscious thinking.
Since the client is always in control and can reject any suggestion if they find it unacceptable, a Post-Hypnotic Suggestions should always be worded in a positive way. Only then might the client benefit and get better results. The results are seldom permanent with only suggestions to change, since what caused the problem has not been resolved and removed. For example: When an individual tries to stop smoking with the Patch, Nicorette gum, acupuncture, etc. or by only using Post Hypnotic Suggestions from a Hypnotist, this does not get to the source and feelings of what has caused the problem to develop. The success rate is less than 15%.
When Hypnosis is used clinically to get resolved and work out the emotions of what has caused the smoking, then the success rate can be 100%. “As long as they complete all of their sessions, and resolve all of the feelings and emotions that caused the problem.” This is achievable because the emotions that were the trigger, are no longer there to be pacified. These sessions are done one on one since it is therapy under hypnosis.
The technique using Kinesiology, which is the arm testing for yes and no answers, can be done “without” hypnosis, as well as when the client is “in” hypnosis. Therefore, if a client is uncomfortable with Hypnosis being used , regression therapy, “ART”, can be used only using Kinesiology and no hypnosis.
It is important for the client to know what the kind of training of the Hypnotherapist has had. Did they have training in “Regression Therapy?” This kind of therapy training means they can find out what is motivating the behavior and eliminate and resolve the feelings and emotions that caused the problem. Then they no longer have the problem. The results are permanent. The client should find out the training and how effective the hypnotherapist is when choosing one by asking for referrals and testimonials from others. Any hypnotherapist should be willing to give this information.
